Study on safety management strategy of outsourcing contractors

Abstract

Abstract: In order to improvesafety management mechanism of government and enterprises' outsourcing contractors, to find and solve their common existing problemsso as to implement safety management ideas smoothly, through exploratory research, experience summary and case study, existing problems facing these contractors weresummarized and analyzed, and corresponding solutionswere put forward.The results show that with reasons for accidentsas a breakthrough, it is found that there are problems like inadequate regulatory innovation incontractor safety management, lack of strict access,and unreasonable biddingexisting in contractors' safety management, and countermeasures, including unified regulatory standards, strict personnel access, improvement in personnel quality, can be strong reference fortheir safety management.
